It is a relatively new sport, which is progressing along the zone between the tides of a rocky shore, using the swim, climb, rappel, jump into the water and walk.
This activity lets you find out scenarios and corners that would otherwise be impossible to dazzle.
Boca de Tamboril
This Coasteering route starts with a rappel 20 meters above the water. In the middle of
the route we will find little coves and sea caves where we enter in abseiling. A route
with lot of adventure in the Marine Park that ends with a return boat trip to Sesimbra

Meia Velha
This is a new route in the cliffs of the Achada mountain within the Marine Park. It begins
in Sesimbra and heads east through unique places of natural pools. The Jumps into the
water are diverse allowing each one to choose your level. A new Coasteering with rope
manoeuvres that ends with a boat trip back to Sesimbra harbour.

Pedra Furada
This is a new path that leads Coasteering beyond! We begin with a boat trip to a new location where we will go pass by wild rugged sandy beaches. Another section of the Marine

Circuito de canoagem de aventura no Parque Marinho Professor
